Company: Sampathi Credits Private Limited Location: Kanchipuram Product: Unsecured Business Loan Role Type: Target-based Work Type: Field Sales Industry: Financial Institution / Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Experience Required: 1 year in loan sales Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Financial Institution / NBFC sectors Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and target-driven individuals to join our team at Sampathi Credits Private Limited as Sales Officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unsecured business loan sales, preferably within the Financial Institution or NBFC sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business opportunities for unsecured business loans. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Provide clients with detailed information on loan products and assist them in the application process. Ensure a seamless and efficient loan process for clients, addressing their queries and concerns. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and maintain a client database. Skills & Qualifications: 2 years of experience in any loan sales, preferably in unsecured business loans. Prior experience in the Financial Institution or NBFC sector is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
