We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Officer โ Promoters Channel to oversee and drive sales through a network of in-store promoters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing promoter performance, ensuring target achievement, training, and motivating promoters to maximize product visibility and customer conversion at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage in-store promoters to effectively represent the brand and sell products. Monitor and evaluate promoter performance on a regular basis through field visits and reporting tools. Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met consistently across all assigned locations. Conduct regular product training and soft skills coaching to maintain high customer service standards. Collaborate with retailers, store managers, and merchandising teams to ensure optimal in-store presence. Track inventory levels at point-of-sale and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts. Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports to management.
