Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Retail Sales officer to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. he will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.Ultimately, he will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and hr will contribute to the stores profitability.

• To generate business by working on online and offline leads through tele call
• The candidate should have good communication skills and should be adept at handling telecalls
• He/she would also be expected to prepare sales proposals and send the same to the clients so a basic knowledge of MS Office would be expected
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e g
• product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Advises customers by providing information on products
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
