Sales Officer-RFB-Personal Loans-Emerging Markets-Nellore - B V Nagar-J Grades

As a dedicated professional, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with a proper mix of HE/ HL while maintaining minimum delinquency levels. You will play a crucial role in identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms. Your focus will be on increasing the number of log-ins and disbursements, meeting sanction ratio targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products. In this role, you will execute sales promotion activities to generate interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a recognizable brand identity with potential customers. Vendor empanelment and relationship development with new vendors will also be key aspects of your responsibilities, along with the establishment of robust distribution channels. Providing training to staff members and vendors to enhance their understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products will be essential. Your insights and feedback to the central product and policy team will help in staying ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be a critical part of your job scope.
