Job Description

Sales Execution: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Visit retailers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility. Track and improve secondary sales and market penetration. Distribution Management: Appoint, develop, and manage distributors in assigned territory. Monitor distributor performance including sales, stock, and outstanding payments. Ensure timely order booking and delivery. Retailer Engagement: Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure brand loyalty. Educate retailers on new products and promotional schemes. Collect and address market feedback and customer concerns. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and pricing.
