Key Responsibilities Distribution & Channel Management Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers Ensure optimal inventory at distributor and retail points Drive product visibility and availability across assigned territories Sales & Business Development Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Expand retail presence by onboarding new outlets Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities Retailer Engagement & Market Activation Execute promotional campaigns and schemes Ensure brand presence and merchandising at key outlets Conduct product training and engagement programs Reporting & Performance Tracking Monitor sales performance and distributor ROI Report market trends, competitor activities, and pricing Align business strategies with the Area Sales Manager Who Were Looking For Experience: 2-4 years in General Trade Sales & Distribution Management Industry Preference: FMCG, Apparel, Innerwear, or allied sectors Skills Required Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze sales data and drive insights Willingness to travel extensively Experience in distributor operations and secondary sales management
