Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution Management Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop and manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers. Strengthen retailer engagement to improve brand visibility and sales growth. Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and refine sales strategies. Execution & Compliance Conduct market visits to gather competitive intelligence and insights. Implement trade promotions, marketing campaigns, and distributor incentive programs. Ensure adherence to company policies on pricing, credit management, and distribution. Utilize CRM and digital tools for sales tracking, reporting, and performance analysis. People & Stakeholder Management Train and support distributor sales teams to enhance productivity. Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for effective sales execution. Address distributor and retailer concerns to ensure smooth operations. Key Competencies & Skills: Strong expertise in sales and distribution operations. Negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven decision-making with market analysis capabilities. Target-oriented approach with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Eligibility & Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years in sales and distribution (Innerwear, FMCG, Telecom). Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and sales automation. Mobility: Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
