Job Description

About the role:
Lead higher-value sales activities, own a territory or client segment, and mentor junior sales staff. You’ll be responsible for strategic account growth, major presentations, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Lead negotiations and close medium-to-large deals.
  • Perform field visits, client meetings and relationship management.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and monthly sales reports.
  • Coach/mentor junior sales team when required.

Location: Field / Office (as required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Required qualifications & skills:

  • Graduate / MBA.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel and manage client-facing schedules.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Experience in consultative selling and territory management.

Experience: 3+ years in sales with proven track record.

What success looks like:

  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets and growing key accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
