Sales Officer-Loan

We are looking for a Sales Officer specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. As a part of the housing finance sector, you will be responsible for leveraging your LAP sales expertise to build strong client relationships and assist customers in achieving their financial objectives. Your role will involve promoting LAP products, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams for efficient loan processing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture client relationships to comprehend their LAP requirements. - Market and sell LAP products to potential clients. - Achieve and surpass sales targets as directed by management. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor offerings. - Offer excellent customer service and guidance throughout the loan application process. - Prepare and deliver proposals to clients, ensuring successful closures. - Coordinate with internal departments to enhance loan processing and approval procedures. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Possession of a valid two-wheeler and driver's license. Skills: - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Effective problem-solving capabilities. - Customer-centric mindset with a proactive demeanor. - Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
