Job Summary:
We’re hiring a dynamic Sales Officer to drive business growth through field sales and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote financial products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct field visits and generate leads through various channels.
• Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Local candidates preferred.

Compensation: Up to ₹3.99 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
