Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive quality customer acquisition for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) by targeting Resident and Non-Resident customers through field sales efforts. Responsible for sourcing, fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory norms. The role also involves generating cross-sell opportunities and maintaining high business hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales Sourcing

  • Acquire new CASA customers through:
  • Catchment working

  • Cold calls and field visits

  • Customer referrals

  • Internal databases and leads

  • Focus on

    value-based sourcing

    strive to bring in high-value customers.
  • Meet or exceed

    self-sourcing productivity norms

    as defined by the organization.
  • Ensure

    100% adherence to KYC/AML guidelines

    while onboarding new accounts.

2. Fulfillment of Leads

  • Actively support CASA leads generated by other verticals (branch walk-ins, digital leads, etc.).
  • Ensure

    timely processing

    and

    TAT adherence

    for all customer onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain seamless communication with internal teams to support lead conversion.

3. Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to

    cross-sell key banking products

    including:
  • Fixed Deposits / Recurring Deposits
  • Auto Loans / Personal Loans / Business Loans
  • Consumer Durable Loans / Credit Cards / Insurance Products

4. Business Hygiene

  • Ensure proper management of

    Welcome Kits

    no unrecorded custody.
  • Source the

    right customer profile

    aligned with the bank's target segment.
  • Engage with existing customers to

    enhance relationship value

    and wallet share.
  • Contribute actively to the

    overall business performance

    of the branch.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a

    graduate

    in any discipline.
  • Must possess a

    two-wheeler and valid driving license

    (mandatory).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    required.
  • Open to field sales

    and on-ground customer interaction.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates

    are welcome to apply.
