Sales Officer- FMCG (Whole Spices)

Roles And Responsibilities :-

• Prepare sales strategy at city / town level and execute the same with team of Sales Representatives
• Enrolment of Distributors outside Guwahati across various towns in Assam
• Departmental Stores enrolment
• Achieve Primary and Secondary sales target
• Prepare sales beats for team of Sales representatives and help them in achieving their sales targets
• Prepare demand plan based on market requirement and ensure stocks are available in factory to meet market demand

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG Field Sales ( Compulsory).
• Relevant experience of atleast 2 years in sales of Whole Spices/ Spice Powders is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is compulsory. Should be good in calculating margins, discounts and schemes
• Knowledge of Guwahati market and nearby towns is mandatory
• Good team handling and negotiation skills
• Should have own two wheeler



Salary : Rs 33,000 - Rs 41,000 in hand per month ( CTC of Rs 4 – 5 Lakhs per annum )
