Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Field Sales Executives. This role involves traveling to different locations, meeting retailers and mechanics, promoting our spare parts, and building lasting customer relationships. No prior sales experience is required—just the willingness to learn, travel, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit garages, service centers, and spare part retailers in your assigned area.
• Promote and explain features of our automobile spare parts.
• Generate new business leads and maintain regular contact with existing clients.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Support the sales team in meeting monthly targets.
• Maintain proper daily records of visits, calls, and customer feedback.
• Assist in delivery coordination and follow-up on payments when required.
• Attend product training and sales meetings as scheduled.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
• Fresher or up to 1 year of field sales experience (automobile sector preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fieldwork and willingness to travel locally
• Basic knowledge of automobiles and spare parts is a plus
• Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a bike/scooter
• Basic understanding of smartphones and apps (for reporting)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
