Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Ferrero, your main focus will be on achieving the best point of sale volumes and placements to meet defined sales targets. You will be responsible for managing and organizing territories and clients to align with headquarter business initiatives and Functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Aiming to achieve sales targets by visiting Points of Sale within the defined area to ensure product availability, proper placement, visible prices, and correct advertising materials. - Taking orders for targeted visibility and ensuring stock availability at Points of Sale. - Exploring and providing direction on business growth opportunities, influencing sales, and supporting clients through communication of catalogues, placement optimization, promotions, and innovative sales approaches. - Building and maintaining relationships with customer counterparts, communicating activities to stores, engaging clients in Category Management discussions, and implementing merchandising activities. - Reporting trade field activity performance, sales conditions, agreements, retail price trends, and monitoring POS Quality, Customer Quality, and other KPI targets. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Marketing. - At least 2 years of experience in field sales, with previous experience in the FMCG segment considered a plus. - Fluency in English. - Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets. - Knowledge of commercial and office software such as Excel and PowerPoint. - Possession of a driving license.
