The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring end-to-end service delivery. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits and cold calling Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Collect and verify KYC documents Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines 🎯 Requirements: Minimum HSC or Graduate (preferred) Prior experience in loan sales or field sales is a plus Must own a vehicle (with valid license) Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
