Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update sales-related data, dashboards, and trackers
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and sales team
Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch for smooth order execution
Process sales orders and ensure timely documentation and invoicing
Analyze sales performance and assist in forecasting and planning
Respond to client queries and follow-up on order status and deliveries
Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and client communications

Qualifications:

Education:
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc) MBA in Marketing or Operations preferred
Experience:
3 to 5 years in sales coordination or MIS role, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG sector
Skills Required:
Advanced Excel, strong communication, time management, ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus

Strong analytical and reporting skills
Sales team coordination and client communication
Proficiency in Excel and data management
Time management and multitasking ability
Basic understanding of sales operations and logistics
