Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales & Marketing, located in Guwahati. The Sales & Marketing professional will engage in daily tasks such as developing sales strategies, conducting customer service activities, training sales staff, and managing sales operations. The individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting the hospital's services, and driving overall sales growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to Train and develop sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
