Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Supervisor, based in Kochi, with some work from home accepted. The Sales Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as market planning, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and overseeing communication campaigns. The role requires supervising sales team activities, setting performance goals, and ensuring targets are met. Effective collaboration with other departments and stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

• Excellent Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Proven Sales experience and ability to develop sales strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
