Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Representatives to promote and sell our range of agricultural products such as disinfectants, bio-fertilizers, pesticides, and farm hygiene solutions.

As a field representative, you will work directly with farmers, agri-stores, veterinary shops, cooperatives, and distributors to increase brand awareness and sales in your region.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell agriculture-related products, focusing on disinfectants and hygiene solutions
• Conduct field visits to farms, agri-input stores, and dealer locations
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on product usage
• Attend agriculture fairs, exhibitions, and farmer meets
• Collect market intelligence and feedback from customers
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience in agriculture sales, veterinary products, or rural marketing preferred
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Minimum Qualification: 10+2; Preferably B.Sc. in Agriculture, BBA, or related field
• Local language proficiency is a plus
