Your primary responsibility will be to move into the market, connect with manufacturers, retailers, and businesses, and present MindsClik's powerful eCommerce platform along with its benefits. By building and converting a strong sales pipeline through direct engagement, you will contribute to driving tech adoption in the MSME sector. Your key duties will include gathering market feedback to inform product positioning and marketing strategy, as well as collaborating closely with the product and customer success teams for seamless onboarding of clients. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Marketing or a related discipline, possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, and exhibit strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Being comfortable with field-based client interactions is essential, and prior experience in selling SaaS, tech products, or to MSMEs would be advantageous.
