• 1-month NDA-based trial cohort to understand working style

• 45 year vesting depending on role & contribution

Role Overview

You will lead Kefilo's early

sales, marketing, partnerships, and community-building efforts

, driving both customer acquisition and brand growth across wellness segments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (Growth-Focused)

• Run digital + offline marketing campaigns
• Build content (posts, stories, reels, campaigns) with the team
• Lead workshops, events, sampling drives, and local activations
• Conduct competitor analysis & build positioning strategies
• Help in branding, storytelling, and community awareness
  

Sales (Revenue-Focused)

• Identify and onboard gyms, wellness centers, colleges & corporates
• Build a structured lead pipeline and convert early customers
• Conduct field visits for partnerships & sampling
• Prepare sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Achieve early traction for Kefilo's wellness products
  

Brand & Community

• Build strong communities around wellness, food innovation, and habits
• Collaborate with micro-influencers & early advocates
• Gather product feedback to shape future verticals
  

Ideal Candidate

• Interest in wellness, food, or healthcare industry
• Strong communication, pitching, and creative thinking
• Ability to handle both sales + marketing
• Startup mindset: fast execution, learning attitude, ownership
• Bike + laptop preferred for field activities
• Must be willing to work without salary until funding (equity focus)
