Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in transportation & logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Identify market trends and develop strategies to expand business reach
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales & marketing (experience in transportation & logistics industry preferred)
• Strong client relationship management abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
