Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets. 2. Identify new business opportunities, customers, and potential markets. 3. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers. 4. Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. 5. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution. 6. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate with customers. 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. 8. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/marketing targets. 9. Coordinate with Production, Quality, NPD, Purchase, and Finance teams. 10. Handle customer meetings, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups. 11. Prepare and submit regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to management. 12. Conduct customer visits and support new product/business development activities. 13. Develop long-term business relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 customers, and other industrial customers. 14. Lead and guide the marketing/sales team to achieve organizational objectives. Required Skills 1. Strong knowledge of automotive and manufacturing markets. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 3. Strong customer relationship and business development skills. 4. Good leadership and team management abilities. 5. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to achieve targets and work independently. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting/MIS tools.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
