As a Sales & Marketing Manager at our company, you will be joining the Direct Sales team to promote banking and insurance products. We are seeking candidates who possess a proven track record in sales within the BFSI sector and demonstrate strong communication skills. This role is target-driven and offers attractive incentives for achieving sales goals. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in the BFSI industry. Additionally, candidates must hold a graduate degree with good communication skills. Experience of at least 1 year in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors is required. The age bracket for applicants is between 22 to 32 years, and freshers are not eligible to apply for this role.
