Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager (Area/Regional Sales Manager) for our Coimbatore operations. The ideal candidate will be a local professional from Coimbatore or nearby regions, with proven experience in the engineered stone & natural stones industry. This role requires driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth in the assigned region.
Identify and build strong relationships with new clients including architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers.
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop competitive strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and expand business reach.
Oversee marketing initiatives including participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineered stone & natural stones
Strong local market knowledge and an existing client network in Coimbatore and nearby regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business.
Self-driven, dynamic, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
