Marketing Executive – U Homz Studio

Role Overview

U Homz Studio is seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence in the interior design and build industry. The candidate will handle digital campaigns, offline marketing, content creation, and lead generation while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
  • Manage social media content: reels, project walkthroughs, before/after visuals, site progress updates.
  • Respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Run targeted Meta & Google Ads for high-quality lead generation.
  • Track campaigns, maintain CRM, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

2. Social Media & Branding

  • Create branded content for posts, ads, reels, brochures, posters, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with the design team for project portfolios and promotional creatives.
  • Support interior project photoshoots and walkthrough productions.
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms.

3. Lead Generation & Partnerships

  • Generate leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Develop collaborations with influencers, architects, real estate agents, and partner stores.
  • Explore new opportunities to increase brand exposure.

4. Offline Marketing

  • Manage onsite branding: banners, standees, site boards, hoardings.
  • Execute offline promotional activities such as brochures, flyers, display materials.
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, and pop-up activities.
  • Conduct market visits for collaborations and brand visibility.
  • Handle vendor coordination for print, signage, and event requirements.
  • Maintain reports on offline marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and content-writing ability.
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
