This position is for our Retail Store based out in Basti Nau (SYNCO) Jalandhar

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Marketing Executive to drive awareness, footfall, and sales for our sports showroom. This role involves extensive fieldwork to promote the brand, build local partnerships, execute marketing campaigns, and engage with potential customers outside the showroom

• Local Partnerships:

Build relationships with fitness centers, sports clubs, trainers, and local influencers for co-branded promotions and referral programs.

• Event Marketing:

Organize and participate in sports events, marathons, tournaments, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall.

• Customer Engagement:

Interact with potential customers in the field, collect leads, and invite them to visit the showroom with special offers or trial passes.

• Reporting & Feedback:

Maintain records of daily field activities, leads generated, partnerships developed, and customer feedback; submit regular reports to management.

• Support Digital Campaigns:

Assist with capturing on-field content (photos/videos) for social media and showroom promotions.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or retail promotions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the local area/region
• Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
