We are now expanding our operations in Abu Dhabi and looking for dynamic professionals to join our on-ground team. Position Summary: We are hiring a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Abu Dhabi branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing manpower vacancies across sectors such as hospitals, security services, oil & gas, facility management companies, and more. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire job vacancies from local clients and institutions across various industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and procurement heads. Promote the company’s recruitment and training services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Generate reports and track lead conversion metrics. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in B2B sales or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or service-based industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and client base. UAE Driving License preferred.
