Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who will handle student admissions, parent interactions, and promotional activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into admissions, and executing marketing strategies to grow the institute. Key Responsibilities: Sales (Admissions & Enquiries): Attend and follow up with walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Counsel parents and students about our courses, batches, and results. Maintain enquiry records and update admission forms with fee discussions. Achieve monthly admission targets. Marketing (Promotions & Branding): Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, email). Distribute pamphlets, banners, and conduct local promotional activities. Create engaging marketing messages/content for students and parents. Coordinate with external vendors for designing/printing promotional material. General: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and local communities. Provide regular reports on admissions, leads, and marketing activities. Support in organising events, seminars, and workshops.
