Sales & Marketing Executive (PVC, Industrial Paint)

Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in PVC doors, ink paint, dispenser compounds, and industrial paint . Identify and engage potential clients , including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials. Negotiate and close sales deals , ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to clients. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the paint and PVC industry . Strong communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently and meet sales targets .
