Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of surgical disposable products to hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital purchase departments, surgeons, and other key decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales. Promote and sell a wide range of surgical disposable products (e.g., cannulas, gowns, drapes, syringes, gloves, etc.). Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding dues within the defined limits. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify market opportunities. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales calls, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools or reports. Attend conferences, trade shows, and medical exhibitions when required.
