Sales Marketing Executive (Indian market)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and spearhead the growth of our eyelash product line in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and marketing background, a passion for beauty products, and a keen understanding of the Indian market dynamics. You will be responsible for promoting our brand, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and increasing market share through innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the brand presence in India.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and establish partnerships with distributors and retailers.
• Drive product awareness and demand through effective marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and manage sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaigns and materials for the Indian market.
• Regular business trips to meet with stakeholders, attend industry events, and monitor market performance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian market and consumer preferences, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
• Willingness to travel to India for business trips as needed.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online advertising is a plus.
