Generate leads through field marketing, cold calling, and digital platforms. Conduct site visits with potential customers and explain project details. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented. Experience in real estate sales/marketing will be an added advantage (freshers can also apply). Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
