Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have creative thinking, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
• Develop content and creative ideas for social media, email marketing, and advertisements.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitors.
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage and monitor social media handles, digital ads, and promotional activities.
• Organize and manage events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, branding, or digital promotion.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, or other marketing design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or service-based industries.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and content strategy.
• Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
