Job Type: On-Role / Full-Time Position Summary: We are actively seeking experienced and motivated candidates for the positions of Senior Representative (SR), Sales Officer (SO), and Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our expanding sales and distribution network in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening dealer/distributor relationships, and enhancing brand presence in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned regions. Manage and expand the distributor and retailer network. Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Promote GPC Asafoetida products through field visits and local market campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Ensure effective brand visibility and product placement. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and team on promotions and marketing communication. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in FMCG sales or spices/condiments industry preferred. Strong local market knowledge in Andhra Pradesh and/or Telangana. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Basic proficiency in marketing and communication practices. Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. A degree/diploma in Marketing or Sales is a plus.
