Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)

Urgent required "Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)" in BIT Infotech.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can take initiative in field marketing. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential client companies, understanding their project requirements, promoting our services, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to companies and industrial clients to introduce our services.
• Identify potential clients and understand their project needs and requirements.
• Present and pitch suitable solutions or services based on the client’s requirements.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, queries, and conversion of leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Prepare reports on visits, feedback, and follow-ups for internal review.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and support for client projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client behavior.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fieldwork experience preferred).
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Own two-wheeler preferred (for field visits).

Salary: 15000/- P.M to 25000/- P.M (*Depends upon Knowledge, Skill & Experience)
