Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Industry: Construction Chemicals / Paint / Cement / Adhesive / Admixture / Epoxy / Waterproofing
Location: UDAIPUR
Experience: 2-8 Years (in relevant industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the construction chemicals segment.
• Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and applicators to promote company products.
• Achieve sales targets for construction chemicals like waterproofing solutions, epoxy, admixtures, adhesives, and protective coatings.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site trials, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide suitable product solutions to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product developments.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to improve brand visibility in the target segment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in sales & marketing of construction chemicals, paints, cement, adhesives, admixtures, epoxy, or waterproofing products.
• Strong network with builders, contractors, and project sites.
• Technical knowledge of product application and construction processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualification:

• Graduation in Science / Engineering / Marketing / Civil or related field.
• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
