Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

· Engage customers and convert walk-ins and online leads into successful sales.

· Understand customer needs and recommend products that match their style.

· Deliver exceptional in-store service and build long-term relationships.

· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing:

· Generate new leads through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and online campaigns.

· Run promotions, ads, and influencer collaborations to boost sales.

· Convert online inquiries into store visits or online purchases.

· Track performance and suggest improvements for better results.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or fashion retail.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Basic knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook Ads, etc.).

· Energetic, fashion-forward, and customer-focused.

Education:

· Any graduate (Marketing, Business, or Fashion-related background preferred).
