About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions, with a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and develop brand awareness across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, calls, emails, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services both online and offline.
• Plan and participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Work closely with the design and product teams to ensure brand consistency in campaigns.
• Track and report performance of marketing initiatives (ROI and KPIs).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on industry.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior.
