Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve the hospital's objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, setting goals, and outlining the specific tactics to be used.
• Creating and Managing Marketing Campaigns:Developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (social media, website, email), print (brochures, flyers), and other relevant platforms.
• Conducting Market Research:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify opportunities for growth and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
• Building Relationships with Doctors:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with doctors within and outside the hospital to promote services and referral networks.
• Managing the Hospital's Online Presence:Overseeing the hospital's website, social media profiles, and online reputation to ensure a positive and consistent brand image.
• Organizing Events and Community Outreach:Planning and executing events, workshops, and community outreach programs to enhance the hospital's visibility and engage with the local community.
• Analyzing Campaign Performance:Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
• Content Creation:Developing marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, blog articles, and other promotional materials.
• Budget Management:Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaboration:Working closely with various departments within the hospital, including medical staff, administration, and other relevant teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
• Staying Updated on Industry Trends:Keeping abreast of the latest trends in healthcare marketing and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring all marketing activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Marketing Expertise:A strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including patients, doctors, and other hospital staff.
