Responsibilities: ⏺ Establish marketing strategies for the brand. ⏺ Manage a sales team. Direct prospects to team when needed. ⏺ Call or meet potential and existing clients to inform them about services. ⏺ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. ⏺ Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. ⏺ Meeting individual targets and team targets by guiding and supporting the team members. Requirements: ✅ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to Prospects. ✅ Good knowledge of English, Good communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets. ✅ Sound knowledge in technology ✅ Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address Regional language- Hindi Must Assets-Two wheeler, License is must. 🎓 Education: Graduate, preferably in marketing, Post Graduation is an added advantage. Salary: Target driven. Base + Performance Bonus based on targets achieved
