Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing is desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong learning ability to adapt to new concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent convincing power to persuade potential clients.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a day schedule.
• Work Mode: The role requires on-site presence in Mumbai City.
