You will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule, offering an annual salary of 3,00,000. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the restaurant team to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and order management. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve service delivery. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in developing and implementing restaurant policies and procedures. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow. Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales and customer feedback. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficient in order management and tracking systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
