Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in civil materials sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong exposure in civil construction materials sales. The role involves handling sales operations, developing dealer networks, achieving targets, and expanding market presence in and around Erode.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of civil and building materials (cement, steel, tiles, sand, bricks, etc.)

• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and contractor networks

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Visit sites and meet builders, contractors, architects, and engineers

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues

• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil materials or construction sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good market knowledge of Erode and nearby areas

• Ability to work with targets and handle field sales

• Basic computer knowledge
