Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager - Sales to join our team at Window Expert, based in Mumbai Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the uPVC and aluminum window market.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Managing and expanding the company s customer base in Mumbai and nearby regions.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
