Qualifications Required: - Experience: 10-15 years in healthcare software, including EHR, RCM, and digital health solutions like RPM, telemedicine, and home health. Proficiency in healthcare AI products, services, and IT solutions. - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of EHR, RCM, and US healthcare workflows. - Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams across multiple geographies. - Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of US IT trends and regulatory landscapes. - Availability: Flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
