Job Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Manager – Team Leader to drive sales performance by managing and developing a high-performing team. The role focuses on target achievement, team productivity, and expanding the customer base through effective field execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives
• Set clear sales targets and monitor daily performance
• Drive team activities to generate new business opportunities
• Support the team in client meetings and deal closures

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales with team handling exposure
• Graduation is mandatory
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
