Job Description for the Sales position.

We are seeking candidates who are graduates with 4-5 years of experience in project & ODC container sales, marketing, and the shipping & logistics domain. Ideally, the candidate should have good exposure to break bulk and FCL/ODC clients, showcasing a proven track record in dealing with shippers and leading corporates.

Essential criteria include:

• Self-motivated with the ability to generate business volumes and meet sales targets set by management
• Strong presence in the trade and a flair for international freight forwarding sales
• Strong networking skills, excellent communication, and high energy level
• Ability to identify potential customers and maintain client relations
• Willingness to travel for business promotion and meet sales goals
