new door reality pvt ltd is looking for Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey A Sales Manager, sometimes referred to as a Senior Sales Manager, is a professional responsible for leading and managing a sales team within an organization Their primary objective is to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the role of a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager:Sales team management: Sales Managers oversee and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing sales staff, setting sales targets, and monitoring their performance Sales strategy and planning: Sales Managers develop sales strategies and plans in collaboration with senior management They set sales goals, define target markets, identify potential customers, and establish sales territories and quotas Sales target achievement: Sales Managers are accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals They monitor sales metrics, analyze sales data, and take corrective actions to ensure sales objectives are met Sales forecasting and reporting: Sales Managers forecast sales projections and provide regular sales reports to senior management They analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Customer relationship management: Sales Managers build and maintain relationships with key clients, major accounts, and strategic partners They may participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Sales training and development: Sales Managers provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team They equip sales representatives with the necessary product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills to excel in their roles Sales process optimization: Sales Managers continuously assess and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness They collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
