Job Description

Hiring: Sales Aggregates & M-Sand | Infra & RMC Focus

Blue Stone Products India P Ltd., is seeking 4–12 high-performing Sales Executives to drive sales of Aggregates & Manufactured Sand (M-Sand) to the Infrastructure and RMC industry.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling Aggregates, M-Sand, or related infra materials

- Strong connects with Infra contractors, RMC plants, and project procurement teams

- Based in or willing to operate from Bengaluru and surrounding regions

- Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada (South Indian languages preferred)

- Proactive in lead generation, follow-ups, and account management

- Ability to convert inquiries into long-term customers

- Technical understanding of product applications is a plus

Role Highlights:

- Report directly to GM – Sales

- Competitive salary + performance incentives

- Company-provided phone, travel allowance, and support

- Immediate joiners or Dec 1 start preferred
